Do you submit my site to these lists for me in 100 Backlink List plan?
No — this is a research resource, not a submission service. You get the curated list and submit yourself, which is exactly why these are genuine, editorially-reviewed placements rather than automated directory spam.
Is this safe for my site's SEO, or could it look spammy to Google?
Every site included is a real, active platform with genuine traffic and editorial standards — not a link farm or PBN. Manual, one-off listings on legitimate sites like these are a normal, safe part of any SEO strategy. What we'd never sell you is a mass-blast to hundreds of low-quality directories, which is a different (and risky) thing entirely.
How is this different from a free list I could find myself?
You could absolutely build this list yourself — it would just take real research time to vet which sites are still active, which have genuine traffic, and which are worth the effort. We've done that filtering already and keep it updated.
